What has food got to do with porn?

Most people think they have a "porn problem". And they think this is their main issue... porn. I get that. I thought the same for years, especially because I felt so much shame around the sexual content I was looking at. But, through working with Mari Paulus, I've come to understand that the problem people have really boils down to being unable to stop doing a behaviour you want to stop. So, you could have a porn problem that causes you tons of shame. But, you may also have a problem with food or social media or YouTube. And what happens if someone is not trained correctly is they will stop porn and then end up eating excessively or spending hours scrolling on social media or watching YouTube videos.


And through this approach they haven't actually changed their mind correctly and so inevitably end up back at porn eventually.


Last night I received a WhatsApp message from a previous client thanking me for my help.
