From the depths of porn addiction to leading in life

I used to be out of control. I did not know how to deal with my own compulsive desires and so I ran from my mind. I stayed busy, I distracted myself, and I avoided triggers. But, then eventually, I'd always turn back to porn.
After relapsing, I felt defeated, low, and drained of energy. I was stuck in that exhausting cycle for around 10 years.
And then I learned a way to deal with my own mind and take back control of myself in the most critical moment - the moment of compulsive desire.
Because I now know how to be in charge of myself, no matter the circumstances, I am able to lead my life in a way that I want to.
This past weekend, I took my girlfriend away to Oslo, Norway for a short break for her birthday. We went hiking, visited the Munch museum, and explored everywhere we could!

I'm not sharing this to gloat, but to help any readers see that there is a life beyond porn. I used to struggle with this problem and at one point in my life, I felt sure I'd be managing and controlling my porn use forever. Those days are behind me now. This issue is not about who you are. This is about your ability to deal with the addicted part of the mind (APOTM). If you choose to go all in on dealing with the APOTM and making solving this your #1 priority - opportunities that you may not even be able to imagine right now can open up for you. But, success does not come from sitting back and waiting for things to change. It requires action. If you would like to take the next step in taking the lead in your life, and putting any problems with compulsive desire behind you, get started by taking our training.
