Transformation takes time and work

The easy route is trying to find a quick, flashy hack.


The easy route is running away from urges.


The easy route is telling yourself that "relapse is part of recovery". But, we both know that the easy route ends in misery. It results in long-term dissatisfaction and suffering. Relapse after relapse, without any way out. The alternative requires effort and it takes time. Rewiring your brain from a porn addiction is not easy. But, with the right tools and education - it is 100% possible for anyone to go fully Beyond Compulsion. Here are a few recent wins from our clients:


Met extended family on last week on Friday , understood that they had noticed a change in me since they last saw me which was a very good victory for me. Last time I saw them was when I had only just started the BC method.
Good to know that the physical and mental results of going beyond compulsive behaviour can be noticed form the outside.
The biggest win I gradually experience more & more is feeling more comfortable talking to people in almost any situation. I have much less fear and desire to try & control the conversation and much more self-trust & spontaneity.
A couple cool wins for me this week.
I have felt more motivation to be a better person, to work on myself and to improve. I realized there’s a lot of power in the simple idea of choosing an option B. To me it represents taking the long view, zooming out, and remembering the most meaningful things about life.
2. I created a script over a week ago for my compulsive behavior of biting my nails. This is the longest I have ever gone without even chewing on my nails (I know it’s gross haha) but it’s because I understand fact 3. If I choose to engage even once, my addiction will be back in control. Crazy how it’s now become a choice I get to make.

These guys here are putting in the work.


They are reading their script and experiencing temporary discomfort. They are literally changing their neural pathways and taking back control.
