A word that came up a number of times on my coaching calls yesterday was "alignment". When I was in the porn addiction, I did not feel truly aligned.
I lacked integrity and there were these different parts of me which acted in different ways.
At work, I was treated with respect and worked hard. But, behind closed doors - I did not respect myself. With family, I'd be full of confidence and making jokes. But, behind closed doors - I was in pain and full of shame.
This is the reality of hiding the biggest problem going on in your life from the people around you.
Porn addiction is the hidden epidemic impacting millions of people in every area of the world.
People try their best to quit, but it doesn't work.
And then as people cascade back into it, they blame themselves.
Fortunately, you can escape this trap you've been stuck in.
But, to get out, it is key to understand the addicted part of the mind (APOTM), correctly deal with junkie thoughts (JT's) and disengage from unanswerable questions (UQ's). To experience real freedom, dealing with urges correctly and choosing to experience the temporary discomfort of compulsive desire is necessary.

On the other side, there is a freedom waiting for you which you are yet to ever experience.
Permanent mental freedom is possible. It can be done.
