If every time you had an urge to engage in a behaviour that you wanted to stop - you were able to make the right choice, how different would you life be?
The quality of our life is determined by the quality of our choices.
More information doesn't always lead to the right choice.
In the context of porn addiction, more information is rarely helpful because you already know you want to stop watching.
The problem is not about how much you want to stop it, it is more about how much you want to watch it.
And so to make the right choices, you don't need more discipline or willpower but a tool to put rational you back in control when you do want to watch porn.
