All out attacking strategy

Before learning the Beyond Compulsion method, I was always on the defensive against the addicted part of the mind (APOTM). I was scared of having urges. I put my phone in the locker at work. I avoided triggers. I lived in fear of my own mind. Being on my own in my flat was too dangerous so I stayed super busy and would try and stay out of my own apartment as much as possible. Nowadays, I don't do any of that stuff. This is because I know how to deal with the APOTM.
Our clients also know how to deal with the APOTM and so they can trust themselves under any circumstances.
Here's an example from one of our clients this week sharing how he was able to feel strong in dealing with the APOTM whilst his wife was away.

Instead of being worried about the APOTM pulling some bullshit on you, it's possible to transform your mental stance so that you become fearless in the face of desire.
And instead of being on the defence, you get to be on the attack. Proactively changing your neural pathways isn't about going on a temporary streak, it is about bringing awareness to irrational thought patterns and actively working on changing them. This can be done a repeatable fashion through use of a 5-Fact script. Book a discovery call with me to learn more about how you could do the same.
