Why simplicity is key

Last night, we hosted a private, invite-only group call for former and existing BCA members.
We had more people on the call than we have ever had on a call before. It was really great to see so many familiar faces and to hear updates from guys who we worked with a long time ago.
On the call we broke down our findings through hundreds of hours of research into an incredibly simple concept.
And, the reason this is so important is because the addicted part of the mind (APOTM) loves complexity.
The APOTM will try and confuse you and make things way more complicated than necessary.
The APOTM uses this as a strategy to make you go "to hell with it" and relapse in moments of compulsive desire.
If you are one of the many people trying to solve porn addiction by taking in more and more information, this may be where you are going wrong. This is where I went wrong.
Less is more.
Get clear on how to deal with compulsive desires at all times, put in the necessary inputs, and keep it super simple.
