Why most content isn't helpful

Streak after streak, I'd always relapse.
I was stuck in a cycle of failing to stop watching porn for 10 years.
And during that time, I felt like I had tried everything to stop.
The Beyond Compulsion method was the only thing to work for me and now I can see very clearly why 99.99% of content isn't helpful for porn addiction recovery.
When you break things down, the problem people have is the inability to deal with a part of their mind - the addicted part of the mind (APOTM).
And, even more specifically, how to deal with the APOTM when you want to engage in a compulsive behaviour. However, most online content skirts around this problem with random self-improvement hacks, and meditation tips.
And a lot of NoFap and Semen Retention advice led to my beliefs becoming more messed up, resulting in my porn addiction getting worse.
In my latest YouTube video, I explain how Semen Retention advice in particular made things worse for me.
