Talking back to the APOTM assertively

The addicted part of the mind (APOTM) bullies most people into relapsing. And most advice is like a teacher telling a kid that is getting bullied to stay out of the bullies way. But, what we do instead is tell people to stand up to the bully in a rational way.
So, let's say you have the thought "one peek won't hurt" - the full 5-fact script is going to use the Beyond Compulsion method's education to correct this thinking. In this example, the correction would come from the part of the script that makes it clear that engaging in compulsivity "even once" is what leads to the cycle continuing indefinitely. If you had the thought "I will start again tomorrow" - the full 5-fact script would correct this thinking by helping you realise you have a critical choice right now, at this moment.
Tomorrow is irrelevant in a moment of compulsive desire. It is future thinking. If you had the thought "I can't watch porn because it hurts my partner so much" - the full 5-fact script would correct this thinking by helping you see that you can go ahead and relapse. Of course you can, this is a real possibility. And for most people it is a reality they've gone down hundreds of times, despite telling themselves they "can't do it".
Hopefully you get the picture on how our method works. There is no loopholes in it. The script can correctly handle any junkie thought. But, there is a lot more to it all than this.
If you would like to get the education required to start using a full 5-fact script to deal with the APOTM directly, Beyond Compulsion Academy exists to enable you to do this.
