People often think their problem is: They are single
Their partner doesn't like that they watch porn
They feel shame
They get erectile dysfunction
They look at stuff they are not proud of
And whilst these are some potential consequences of porn use, they are not the problem. The problem people have is very simple - an inability to deal with the addicted part of the mind. Essentially, people experience compulsive desires and in that moment their thinking becomes very irrational. In that moment of compulsive desire, the thinking is being done by a part of the mind that only wants one thing - you to engage in compulsivity. And until that problem is dealt with directly - chances are the problem persists.
We deal with the part of the mind that wants to engage in compulsivity. And this enables people to stop engaging in compulsive behaviours, stay stopped correctly, and feel good about it.
