Over 1 year without porn

For many years I had no real process in place to attack and change my neural pathways. I defended and reacted to the world around me and tried my best to avoid urges. But, this only ever worked temporarily. For real freedom, we need not only a process to attack and change our neural pathways, but a clear system that is actually enjoyable to implement upon. Otherwise, overcoming a porn addiction feels like a tedious chore like washing clothes or doing the dishes. We constantly feel like we "have to" do something and feel deprived. A lot of people would feel a lot more free from their suffering if they could see the joy in living a life beyond compulsion, free from pornography addiction.

More connection. More clarity. More peace of mind. Yesterday I was messaging with one of BCA's first ever clients.

Message from a client saying he has been without porn for over a year

He lives in the Netherlands, but like many clients we've stayed in touch.

He travels often. He is in a great relationship. He is thriving at work.

By using his script consistently and putting in the work, he has transformed his life and this is because he has stuck to the same repeatable process over and over. This client took a punt on BCA and hasn't looked back since.

He enjoys living his life on the straight line and that is important.

It is a lot harder to stick to a process that you don't enjoy than one that actually enriches your life and makes it significantly better.
