Last Friday, I invited a recent client to join me for a podcast in Manchester.
Joe had been stuck in the addiction for 17 years. That was not his fault. Just like me and everyone else I work with, he'd got exposed to porn at a young age and he had no idea what he was getting himself into.
He then went on a mission to stop watching it. This led him to NoFap and consuming an abundance of motivational content created by people trying their best to overcome addiction, but with the wrong strategies.
Despite trying his best to stop watching porn, he continued to struggle. He started to question himself and compare himself to those able to go on long streaks.
The problem was never with him or his sexual desires. Instead, it was his system. He had been let down by following processes and methods which didn't actually enable him to get into the right, relevant addicted neural pathways. Just as it was for me, failure was inevitable as his approach / strategy / method / process to changing his brain was inadequate. Up until working with the Beyond Compulsion Academy, he had no idea on how to actually rewire his neural pathways correctly. Nowadays, he has a simple and concise method for dealing with each and every urge. This actively rewires his brain. He has taken back control and is able to succeed, moment by moment.

Just like me and countless men, Joe now has a 5-Fact script to deal with each and every urge. No more worrying about what to do. No more living on the self-improvement treadmill. No more doubting himself. Just a very practical and clear approach that actually rewires the brain by getting into the addicted neural pathways and thinking through the choice rationally. We will be sharing more on Joe's story soon via the podcast. If you want to follow in Joe's footsteps and build a 5-Fact script to take back control, moment by moment, we have available spaces inside of the Beyond Compulsion Academy.
