How to experience self-trust

This morning I woke up to a WhatsApp message from a client who is thriving when it comes to changing his neural pathways correctly and therefore ending his porn addiction for good. He isn't counting days, but it has been a long while now since he chose to look at any sexual content at all. And since working with me, he has been very proactively rewiring his brain to change his neural pathways correctly. He has been doing this using his 5-Fact script. But, to use this 5-Fact script, he first had to undergo a very specific training on the addicted part of the mind (APOTM).


This morning he sent me this message:

This client understands the APOTM inside and out and as such he now gets to be the one in total control at all times. He gets to experience self-trust because he is able to identify any junkie thoughts (JT's) or unanswerable questions (UQ's) and go straight to his script to proactively change his neural pathways in THAT moment. This is the exact same process every client of ours is taught.


It is the same process I've used with great success for over a year.

Blockers, removing triggers, and constantly staying busy never led me to the freedom I was searching for. I now understand that such strategies are based in helplessness and the false belief that "if I get urges and have access to porn, I will get out of control and relapse". Every one of us has the ability to be in total control of ourselves.


We can do better than taking the helpless stance and we deserve better too. Dealing with every single urge, correctly, is absolutely possible. Permanent mental freedom is possible.
