Beyond Compulsion = Increased Productivity

On last night's group call, a few clients shared how their productivity has increased since dealing with the addicted part of the mind directly. One guy shared how his business is thriving. This makes total sense. It is hard to stay focused when a part of your mind is trying to get you to engage in a compulsive behaviour. Whether it's scrolling on social media, checking messages, or searching the news - many people constantly engage in compulsive behaviours throughout their day. No wonder they feel so distracted all the time. This morning, I redesigned our website. It's only 2pm as I type this out. In the past, this work would've taken me days or weeks to finish. Nowadays, I can just smash out work super easily. That is because my mind is clear and sharp. Next time, you think about "giving up" so much by stopping your compulsive behaviour, consider what you are giving up by staying stuck in compulsion. You get so much more out of life from stopping engaging in compulsive behaviours than you give up. But, the addicted part of the mind tricks people into believing the opposite. The truth is that the benefits of living life beyond compulsion massively outweigh the temporary discomfort which is occasionally experienced. PS - I am not a website designer so if you have any feedback on the new home page, please let me know!
