Becoming a different person...

I've just got back from a weekend away in North Wales. My girlfriend's brother and his girlfriend needed help moving into their new house. Me and Leanne drove over to help out and then enjoyed exploring Wales together after.

Here is a photo I took yesterday from our trip to Anglesey.

Last week, one of our clients said he was rewiring his brain and "becoming a different person".

Yes, I can relate.

Becoming a different person

The choices we take and the way we live changes once living on the straight line. We are aware of compulsive desires and choose to willingly accept the temporary discomfort, instead of resisting urges or choosing to engage in compulsivity. We know the desires to engage in compulsive behaviours are insatiable by their very nature. And as such, we work proactively to rewire our brain to get out of this cycle of self-destruction.

We take back control.

As our rational choices compound, our beliefs about ourselves transform and we feel like we have become a different person entirely.

For anyone reading this, transformation is absolutely possible.
