The Importance of Self-Leadership

This week I asked a few guys who have been without porn for a very long time to share some advice to anyone new to the Beyond Compulsion Academy. Something in their answers stood out: Self-Leadership.

Client saying "Put in the work, prioritize, use the script as often as you can and you’ll see massive, positive changes in all areas of your life.
Cannot thank Mari and Tom enough, it’s crazy when I think of all the things that happened since I found this method over a year ago. I had to work for it, it didn’t come without effort and still, I use my script regularly. But if I can do it, you can do it too!"

One client, who has been on the straight line well over a year now, talked about the importance of putting in the work and how he had to work for it. It didn't come without effort.

Welcome guys! Your instincts led you here for a reason. Trust them and trust the process.
Make this your #1 top priority. I guarantee that you will not regret it. You will either solve the problem that your instincts came here to solve, or you will rationally conclude that it’s not a problem (unlikely). So, go for it.
Imagine this addictive behavior is like a heavy yoke around your neck. Meanwhile, you want other parts of life in your hands: a family, job, hobbies, school, travel, etc. Most importantly, you probably just want to feel good about yourself.
Remove the yoke. Top priority. We don’t need it and it’s getting in the way of everything else.
How, exactly? Thankfully, everything you need to succeed is right here in Skool, thanks to Tom and Mari.

Another client talked about making this your "Top priority" and how you can use everything inside of the Beyond Compulsion Academy (in Skool) to succeed.

Whilst he said thanks to me and Mari, it is he and only he who has chosen to use the education provided.

Client saying: My advice: you get out what you put in.
Most of us have been in this addiction for a couple years so you’ll have to put in a lot of time in the beginning & embrace a lot of discomfort but the time will pass quickly and soon the addiction will feel like a distant memory.

This morning, another client said bluntly "you get what you put in" and he couldn't be more right about this.

No one in the Beyond Compulsion Academy has an accountability buddy.

We provide education for those who are serious about change. But it is up to the individual to take this training and implement on it.

We work with many successful, driven, good people. It really is a pleasure for me to get to speak with such like-minded guys, day in and day out. And if you are willing to do the work - you can achieve the same transformation that countless other guys, just like you, have used to transform their lives. Our program is open.
