The Addicted Part of The Mind Hates The Truth

When I first learned the Beyond Compulsion method, I felt a lot of resistance.
For years, the addicted part of the mind (APOTM) minimised how bad being in an addiction was.
I was in denial about my own reality.
I was living a lie, convincing myself that things weren't that bad. It is only on the other side that I can now see how bad things were and understand how good things can be, once truly free. I get to live my life with integrity, openness, and peace of mind nowadays.

Everything is different.
But, I had to face some hard truths to get here.
At the Beyond Compulsion Academy, we help people see the lies that come from the APOTM and respond to them correctly. By responding to the APOTM with the truth in moments of compulsive desire, by using a 5-Fact script - you get to make a rational choice in the exact moments that actually matter. Whilst temporarily uncomfortable, it is by dealing with urges in this specific way that you get to rewire your brain.
I am not special at all, anyone is able to rewire their brain correctly. The guys inside the Beyond Compulsion Academy are rewiring their brain day in and day out by taking proactive action using their script. If you want to make a change, action is required.
