Overcome Porn Addiction And Increase Your Focus

When I was in a porn addiction, I found it hard to focus on one task at a time. I jumped from activity to activity and would give myself constant breaks to scroll on social media or have a snack. And often I'd end up watching porn and masturbating too.


My focus was terrible. I'd let the addicted part of the mind (APOTM) bullshit me into believing that it was the social media site's fault.


"It has been designed by silicon valley to be so addictive". These are the junkie thoughts most people buy into. Even, many supposed "experts". I failed to take responsibility for myself and so I made very slow progress in every area of life. Slow progress in business, slow progress in my studies, slow progress in the gym. Failing to deal with the APOTM correctly is what led to poor focus. X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube have no power to actually make you lose your concentration. They can only ruin your productivity... if you let them.


Our clients know this very well and so they stay focused on what really matters to them, instead of choosing to engage in compulsive behaviours.
